This page's layout is well suited to a long page where many titles with the blue background will look good. The dark colored title bars make it easy to find the section that the visitor is looking for and to quickly scan what the pages contents are all about. To Edit this page add your links to the sections at the left and don't forget the ones at the top as well. If you don't need that many links just delete the sections you don't need and perhaps add some advertising or images or even text to the column.
